LEGAL NOTICE & DISCLAIMER – FRIENDLY STORE

This legal notice governs the sale and use of products offered by Friendly Store.

By purchasing any product from Friendly Store, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Product Usage Responsibility
    All products, including furniture mover tools, must be used according to proper instructions. Friendly Store is not responsible for any damage caused due to improper use, overloading, or mishandling of the product.

  2. Weight & Safety Limitation
    Customers must ensure that the weight of the object being moved is within reasonable limits of the tool. Excessive weight or unsafe handling may result in damage, for which the store will not be liable.

  3. Replacement Warranty Policy
    Friendly Store offers a replacement warranty only in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Broken or missing parts at the time of delivery

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage due to misuse

  • Wear and tear

  • Physical damage after use

  1. No Return / Refund Policy
    Products are non-refundable. Only replacement is applicable under valid warranty claims.

  2. Product Variations
    Actual product color, design, or packaging may slightly vary from images due to lighting or supplier changes.

  3. Delivery & Inspection
    Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    Friendly Store shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of the product.
